Shielded Beauty Return Policy

We hope you love your Shielded Beauty products; however, we understand that sometimes they’re not the right fit. We accept returns on items purchased from www.shieldedbeauty.com within 30 days of purchase. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, any gift cards purchased on www.shieldedbeauty.com are final sale.

Return Shipping Fee

All returns are subject to a $6.95 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returns

For the safety and well-being of our customers, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging with safety seals intact, and eligible returns received within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment. 

If a product has been opened, used, or the safety seal has been broken, we are unable to accept it. Customers are still eligible for a refund within 30 days; we kindly ask that you recycle the item responsibly by taking it to a Pact Collective drop-off location. Pact Collective provides specialized recycling for beauty packaging that cannot go in curbside bins.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at orders@shieldedbeauty.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return and why. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center. A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using this label. To reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us at orders@shieldedbeauty.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you place your return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received and verified as unopened/unused, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
