These Website Terms of Use (the 'Terms') govern your access to and use of the websites owned and operated by Shielded Beauty, LLC ('Shielded Beauty,' 'Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'), including https://shieldedbeauty.com and their subdomains (collectively, the 'Site'). Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account ('Account') and provide accurate, current information. You agree to maintain and update your information so it remainsaccurate and complete. 

You are responsible formaintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities under your Account. Notify usimmediately at info@shieldedbeauty.com of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account.

We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. You may delete your Account at any time by following instructions on the Site. 

The Site, including all content, design, text, graphics, photos, videos, software, and other materials (collectively, 'Content'), and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Shielded Beauty or our licensors. We reserve all rights not expressly granted by these Terms. 

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. 

You agree not to: (a) sell, resell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Site or Content; (b) copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform or display, or create derivative works of the Site or Content, except as expressly permitted; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site; (d) use the Site to build a competing service; (e) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (f) access the Site by any automated means not authorized by us. 

Some components of the Site may be offered under open source licenses. To the extent required, those licenses will govern your use of such components. 

The Site may allow you to submit or post content (e.g., reviews, comments, photos) ('User Content'). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Shielded Beauty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Site and our products. 

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content, and that your User Content does not: (a) infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party right; (b) contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (c) contain false, misleading, obscene, defamatory, or illegal material; or (d) violate these Terms or applicable law. 

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove User Content at our discretion. 

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions ('Feedback'), you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use the Feedback without compensation or attribution. 

You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited activities include: (a) violating laws or regulations; (b) infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; (d) interfering with or disrupting the Site’s operation; (e) using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering/extraction methods; (f) sending spam or unsolicited communications; or (g) impersonating any person or entity. 

WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FIRST USE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

We may offer products for purchase through the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. 

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and correct errors (including after you have submitted your order). If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the applicable amount. 

Title. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Title passes to you upon delivery. 

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or other taxes. 

Promotional codes, coupons, and offers may be subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless stated. We may cancel or modify promotions at any time. 

Our current return and refund practices are described on the Site (e.g., on a 'Returns' or 'FAQs' page). To the extent of any conflict, the posted policy at the time of your purchase controls. 

If you enroll in any auto-ship or subscription program, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel per the program terms posted on the Site. You may cancel future shipments in accordance with those terms. 

By opting in to receive SMS/text marketing messages from us, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) at the mobile number used when signing up, and that consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or following the instructions provided in the message.
